We ship all our orders with USPS Ground Advantage, which is approximately 2-5 business days delivery time from the date of shipment. You will receive a notification as soon as your order has been shipped with access to tracking through Etsy. We have a 1-3 day processing time prior to the ship date.
In the case that your sticker is Lost or Delayed, feel free to message us and we'll do whatever we can to help locate or replace it. We want you to be able to enjoy your new sticker!
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not permitted. If your item arrives damaged, we'll get a new one sent right away, so please let us know! We do allow cancellations if we haven't yet shipped your order. If you encounter a problem, please feel free to reach out to us through Etsy!

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Address -The shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping method or address can't be changed.

1. If there is a problem with your address and that caused the package to return, then you will be charged for the shipping cost if you require a refund.

2. Also, please note that all the personalized items need to be charged for 30% restocking fee if it is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address.
