In order to offer you free domestic shipping, your order will be shipped with a USPS First Class Mail stamp (3-6 business days ) with NO tracking number.
In the case that your sticker is Lost or Delayed, feel free to message me after 8 business days have passed from ship date and I will send you a new one for a shipping charge, this time with tracking. I want you to be able to enjoy your new sticker!
Returns, exchanges, and refunds not permitted. If your item arrives damaged, I'll send you a new one right away! I do allow cancellations if I haven't yet shipped your order. If you encounter a problem, please feel free to reach out to me through Etsy!

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Address -The shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping method or address can't be changed.

1. If there is a problem with your address and that caused the package to return, then you will be charged for the shipping cost if you require a refund.

2. Also, please note that all the personalized items need to be charged for 30% restocking fee if it is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address.
