This is an art print of my original watercolor painting.
Painted by hand with Winsor & Newton watercolors and pigment-based ink pens, the design has been scanned, digitized for print, and professionally printed on clean bright-white non-glossy 110lb archival paper.
Each print is cut and packaged with love and care in a plastic sleeve and mailed to you in a protective stiff envelope.
Frame not included.
Returns, cancellations and exchanges not permitted. If you do encounter a problem, please feel free to reach out to me through Etsy! If your order is lost in the mail or arrives damaged, I can ship you a new one for a small shipping fee.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Address -The shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping method or address can't be changed.

1. If there is a problem with your address and that caused the package to return, then you will be charged for the shipping cost if you require a refund.

2. Also, please note that all the personalized items need to be charged for 30% restocking fee if it is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address.
